Steel strapping (Steel Strap) is flexible metal banding material designed to hold heavy loads. Steel strap varies in size from 1/2" to 1 1/4". The wider the steel strapping the heavier loads it can hold. Metal strapping can be used to secure pallets of product or to add strength to individual item packaging. Steel strap is sold by the pound and comes in rolls of approx. 100 lbs. Using steel strapping requires a dispenser cart as well as tools to tighten and seal the strapping.
