Processed with a special formula of double-boiled linseed oil, and is cut with-the-grain for extra rigidity.

Stencil Kits and Applicators
CONEG certified and SARA compliant. Most economical system used for porous or non-porous surfaces (depending on the roller type). Use the refillable Rol-It-On ink pad to ink the roller prior to stenciling. For porous surfaces use a latex roller and R ink. For non-porous surfaces use a neoprene Type N roller and S, GS, or PR ink. Use GS Kit to meet U.S. Government specifications when stenciling on porous or non-porous surfaces.
